Wagyu "和牛", literally meaning Japanese "和", beef "牛 ", is a breed of cattle originally from Japan and it is famous for its rich marbling, exquisite flavor and texture, often regarded as the best and most expensive beef in the world. At Wagyu Yakiniku KANATA, we select Wagyu with the best quality per price ratio, so that we can maintain a reasonable price range and high quality. We currently offer a selection of Wagyu from Japan with A5 or A4 grade, which is the highest grades for Japanese Wagyu and also Wagyu from Uruguay and Spain, from farms that already has decades of experience in breeding high quality Wagyu.
